Upgraded my video card drivers tonight trying to get WoW to stop looking like ass with the colliding textures and the edges of my monitors disappeared. This here is what fixed it.

Solution:
You need to run the install so the files are extracted then cancel setup and browse to the folder "C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\191.07\WinVista_Win7_64\English\" and edit those lines listed below in the file named NV4_DISP.inf.
I am attaching mine already edited and confirmed working for me so you can just replace it if you want to (unzip it and replace). It is for the 191.07. After editing/replacing the file you run setup from within the same folder to install the drivers with the modified file.
To edit manually (Probably works with other driver sets):
Edit the NV4_DISP file as follows. (So unpack the files for install and open NV4_DISP.inf in notepad).
1. Locate the section labeled: [nv_clearRegistrySwitches_delreg]
2. Remove the following lines:
HKR,,OverrideEdidFlags0
HKR,,OverrideEdidFlags1
HKR,,OverrideEdidFlags2
HKR,,OverrideEdidFlags3
HKR,,OverrideEdidFlags4
3. Locate the section labeled: [nv_commonDisplayModes_addreg]
4. Add the customized line:
HKR,,OverrideEdidFlags0, %REG_BINARY%, 5A,63,1F,0F,00,00,FF,FF,04,00,00,00,7E,01,00
5. Locate the setup.exe file in the 'nVidia Drivers' folder and execute. Install as normal.
This is for the Viewsonic VX2835wm and the 191.07 windows 7 x64 drivers only.
You need to replace the first four sets of hex with the ones you for your monitor's/TV's EDID if it is another brand/model.
